Meet Dr. Georgia, BVSC MRCVS

Graduating from The University of Melbourne in 2011 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, Dr. Georgia began her veterinary career in 2012 at a small animal practice in Melbourne.

In 2013, she volunteered at an animal shelter in India, treating a variety of animals including dogs, cats, monkeys, and farm animals. The following year, Dr. Georgia moved to the UK, where she worked in various vet practices for six years and completed a foundation course in Western Veterinary Acupuncture in Glasgow. This sparked her passion for acupuncture, leading her to successfully treat arthritic pets and those recovering from orthopedic surgery.

Dr Georgia is now happily settled in Bangalow and has been running a mobile acupuncture business for 2 years as well as working at Bangalow Vet Clinic. She has seen the remarkable benefits in treating animals from the comfort of their home and has left Bangalow Vet Clinic to focus on providing a full mobile Veterinary service.
